  For Adult: 7 to 10 Gram or 4 to 6 equal to a teaspoon


• Take ishbgol 1 to 3 three times a day with water or juices


• Soak it in water overnight before consumption

• Read the label carefully before use


• Store in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight


• Keep out of reach of the children
