How to use Love Earth 60 Days Tea
- Bring fresh water to a boil.
- Measure 1 tablespoon (1 gram) of loose tea per 150 ml of water into a teapot, tea pan, or infuser.
- Allow the leaves to steep for 2–3 minutes.
- Stir once or twice during brewing, then strain into a cup or glass.
- Suggested use: enjoy the Slim Tox tea in the morning and the Glowing Skin & Healthy Hair tea in the evening, or alternate according to preference.
